POLICE RECORDS ONLINE
Search for reports using a location, name, date, case number, or police zone as your search criteria. THIS SERVICE INCLUDES INFORMATION FROM JANUARY 2006 TO PRESENT. THE MAXIMUM DATE RANGE TO CONDUCT A SEARCH IS 90 DAYS. Reports are generally available within 5 business days from the time of the incident. You may also check for sexual offenders in Florida, crime statistics in Coral Gables, or research Florida statutes.

Requests for reports can be made in person or by mail. All requests for reports received through the mail must be accompanied by a check for the cost of the report and a self-addressed stamped envelope. Please confirm that your report is available and the exact cost by calling (305) 442-1600. If the case number is not known, Records personnel can search for the report by name of the parties involved, date, location or type of incident.
ACCIDENT REPORTS
Accident reports are confidential for a period of 60 days after the report is filed. However, such reports may be made immediately available to the parties involved in the crash, their legal representatives, their insurance companies and agents, prosecutorial authorities, and certain print and broadcast media. The owner of a vehicle involved in a crash is among those authorized to receive a copy of the crash report immediately.

You must bring proof of citizenship (US Citizen: US Passport, Voters Registration, Birth Certificate, INS Naturalization Certificate NON-US Citizen: INS Employment Authorization, INS Resident Alien Card, INS H-Type Specialty VIA) and your own fingerprint card.
Good Conduct Letter: $15.00
Good Conduct Letters are for Coral Gables residents only. These letters will attest to good conduct in the City of Coral Gables only. Information that is required to process a good conduct letter is: a current driver's license with a Coral Gables address and two pieces of mail with a Coral Gables address (NOT A BUSINESS ADDRESS).

Copies of calls placed to the Communications Center can be released to the public. Any information identifying a caller to 911 will be deleted prior to release in accordance with Florida State Statutes. You must submit a Master Tape Request Form that can be obtained from the Police Operations Desk.
